We’re winners in the 2021 Carriage Driving Awards!
Carriage driving is such an important part of what we do, and on 27 March we were named Driving for the Disabled Group of the Year in the 2021 Carriage Driving Awards. We were shortlisted alongside some tough competition in the form of Garioch Carriage Driving for the Disabled and the Stella Hancock Driving Group RDA.
All of us have struggled to provide services over the last two years, and we’re definitely all winners for not giving up. We’re delighted that the skills and popularity of our skilled carriage driver team David, Mahmoud, Dicky, Arthur, Peter – and of course the gorgeous Sam, have been recognised.
It’s also something we could not have achieved without the support of Peter Laney at H&L Motors, who provided our very special wheelchair-adapted carriage.
Thank you to everyone who makes this happen, and especially to Judi Ralls, experienced carriage driving competitor and RDA carriage driving coach. Judi has always believed in us and we wouldn’t be the team we are today without her!
