Proud to be part of the Princess Royal Coach Academy

Last November HRH The Princess Royal, President of the Riding for the Disabled Association, gave her name to a new national Coaching Academy, 50 years after becoming the RDA’s patron. The objective is to nurture high performing coaches and ultimately help the RDA to support more people with disabilities.

In February 2022 the RDA chose 20 coaches from across the UK to be part of the inaugural Coach Programme.

One of those coaches was our own Natalie O’Rourke.

Ed Bracher, CEO of the RDA explains that: “Our coaches lie at the heart of the RDA’s work and through the Academy, we aim to nurture talent, innovation and excellence. This is a core part of our plan to dramatically increase the number of disabled people we can support by our 60th anniversary in 2029.”

Congratulations to you, Natalie, we already know you’re awesome!
